We do not collect any personal information on people who simply visit. We do track where visitors found us, including keywords used in search engines. This is strictly non-personal information that is gathered.

When information is submitted using our online form, we only collect the information that you provide to us using that form. We collect the above information from our online form in order to contact you to make an appointment, to keep track of who has contacted us, and to advise you of any services that we may offer.

Security:

Any information you submit using our online form is sent to our office via email. Although every precaution is taken to protect the privacy of all emails we receive, due to the nature of the internet, email has the potential to be intercepted by a third party while in transit across the internet.

Any business transaction with us is kept strictly confidential, except as may be required by law.

Information Sharing:

We may disclose personal information to third parties and you consent to such disclosure only under the following circumstances:

• to share personal information to and from third parties where it is necessary to provide service(s);
• to comply with a court order;
• to assist in the collection of the payment of any overdue accounts;
• if we cannot provide the services requested for any reason and refer the request to another qualified notary public;and/or
