Pricing:

General Notary Requests:

The fee for any act performed by a notary public, in accordance with the provisions of the general statutes, is as follows:
Acknowledgement - $5.00
Jurat - $5.00
Oath - $5.00
Affirmation - $5.00
Fees are per act (there can be multiple signers per document in a single act), plus an additional thirty-five cents ($.35) for each mile traveled. Travel fees are round-trip, based from point of origin to signing location and back.

Mortgage-related Requests:

Signing Agent fees (Mortgage Loan related documents) are quoted at a rate which includes the statutory fees detailed above. Document printing fees are in addition to the Signing Agent fees.

NOTE:

1. My fees are not contingent upon loan funding. As an impartial witness, I am to be fully compensated for duties performed regardless of the outcome of the loan, or the decision of a borrower to exercise their right of recission (Right to Cancel).
2. If the borrower elects not to sign, upon review of the documents at the table, a trip fee applies.
3. If cancellation occurs ANY TIME after documents are printed, a printing fee applies. Printing fee, if applicable, is in addition to trip/cancellation fees that may be assessed. Please advise if unsigned documents should be shredded or provide delivery address.

Mentoring:

For Notary Signing Agents who are new to the field or would like one-on-one mentoring, I am available to help. My fees are $40/hr, with a 1 hr minimum. Please have all questions available prior to your appointment. For additional hours, partial blocks may be used. Purchases of mentor time must be made in 1 hour increments, but you may use banked time in 15-minute segments. I do accept PayPal for payment. Mentoring is available via face-to-face meeting, IM/chat or phone in order to properly track time used. Payment is due at or prior to scheduled appointment time. 24 hr notice is required for cancellation or reschedule of mentor services.
